Services

Are you or your team ready to untangle from antiquated workplace dynamics?

Are you ready to practice new ways of working together?

What We Offer

We provide a sounding board for professional and personal development, internal and external strategy, connections to people, practices, and relevant bodies of work, and creative thinking about options amidst strategic decision-making for your career, team, and/or organization.

Coaching

One-on-one or group coaching is an opportunity to make specific goals for yourself as an employee or as a team, to navigate stressful decision-making and transitions, and to identify needs and choices. Focused on possibilities, guidance and options, coaching relationships can be short, medium or long term, meeting regularly for a specific number of sessions or length of time - even 15 minutes!

Schedule an initial conversation to learn more about our approach and explore if a coaching relationship would be supportive to you or your team here.

Workshops

We offer public workshops as a cost-friendly option for individuals seeking to participate in one time learning spaces on such topics as organizational trauma, triggers at work, and reconnecting to purpose. Additionally, we’re available to adjust our public workshops for private organizational or team audiences.

These sessions are hosted virtually for 90-minute or two-hour periods. We offer original authored content, instructional frameworks, self-led exercises, and skillful co-facilitation, plus invitations to practice and integrate learnings in your organizational context.

Group Learning Cohorts

These virtual groups provide a peer to peer learning environment outside of one’s workplace, with the support and preparation provided to engage in a growth and reflection process. Within a consistent, closed group of peers, we aim to illuminate options, offer self-led exercises, and allow participants to have new examples. Cohorts vary in length and topic, but have in common a higher commitment level for participants both in terms of cost and time.

Here's what people are saying about our work.

"Attending the session on Organisational Trauma was incredibly eye-opening and deeply thought-provoking. It is encouraging to see that the conversation is gradually evolving to include diverse perspectives and integrate a broader understanding of previous academic debates. It’s a conversation every mission-driven organisation should be having and [Amanda and Jennifer] created a progressive space to start."

“During our time together, Jennifer helped me to explore a new, somewhat daunting, path through life and work. She listens nonjudgmentally but in an incredibly supportive manner, and knows when to provide just enough challenge to help stimulate a new way of thinking. My coaching sessions have stayed with me and if you have the chance to work with Jennifer, I highly recommend you do.”

Alex Martins

"The ‘More Effective & Equitable Meetings’ course, led by Jennifer and Amanda, was a revelation. In six weeks, they shifted my perspective on facilitation, emphasizing the crucial link between group dynamics and inclusive outcomes. Their approach, rich with practical examples and genuine support, was invaluable. They created a safe, engaging environment that fostered deep learning and connection. This course has profoundly impacted my facilitation practice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to lead more equitable and impactful meetings."

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these services for?

Our offerings are geared towards professionals who’ve ever been responsible for a shared project, instructed a new team member, pitched an idea to a department, or carried out a meeting. They are for ‘people who facilitate’, and ‘people who supervise’ in their workplaces, and the full diversity of how that can look.

Why these services? Why now?

Our time and energy is valuable and limited, yet shared learning continues to be an unmet need for many professionals. We have more time back in our days when the steps we take as professionals support our effectiveness and collaboration. Outside support and peer learning is an investment in that goal.

What platform is used?

Workshops and group learning spaces are offered virtually via Zoom. These sessions offer structured opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, plus invitations to practice and integrate learnings in your own organizational context. In-person offerings are possible for institutional clients as well.

What do costs cover?

Consultancy costs are structured to honor time, talents, and experience of the humans involved, who are not institutionally backed. Your work with EE Consulting is an investment in a depth of engagement not often provided within our workplaces. Participants will take away practical understandings and actionable guidance.
