Ever been in a meeting and left disappointed? We’ve all been there, observant of dynamics that the facilitators did not address. What if that disappointed feeling was replaced with additional preparation? Over the course of 6 sessions, cohorts will explore the themes of space, intervention, and self knowledge. View yourself as a facilitator, and learn how to complement and strengthen healthier group dynamics.

Our reflections on work frequently describe toxic and harmful dynamics. This 14-week cohort offers shared inquiry to develop our awareness and responses in identifying and responding to these challenges. You will gain practical resources, validation, and practice. Together, you will develop your own ideas of what erodes trust and collaboration…so that we can all be more human and humane with each other at work.
